1. About Us

Radhey Publications is a Delhi-based publishing company offering services PAN India. We help authors publish their books by providing end-to-end support including:

  • Copyright registration

  • ISBN allotment

  • Book interior and cover design

  • Printing and production

  • Distribution consulting

  • Online bookstore for author works

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or accessing the site under the supervision of a legal guardian.

  • All information submitted by you is truthful and accurate.

3. Service Use & Payments

  • All services (design, printing, copyright, ISBN, etc.) are chargeable. Prices may vary depending on scope and customization.

  • No work begins until full or agreed-upon partial payment is made.

  • Refunds are not issued once the service has begun, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Author Rights & Copyright

  • Authors retain full ownership of their manuscripts unless a publishing contract states otherwise.

  • If you request copyright registration through us, we act as facilitators. The final decision lies with the concerned legal authority.

  • You are responsible for ensuring your work does not infringe on any third-party rights.

5. ISBN & Imprint

  • Radhey Publications will assign an ISBN under our imprint unless you provide your own.

  • We only use valid ISBNs approved by ISBN India and other official sources.

6. Printing & Delivery

  • We offer POD (Print-on-Demand) or bulk printing options.

  • Delivery timelines are approximate. We are not liable for delays due to third-party logistics.

  • We ship PAN India and offer online order tracking where available.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Bookstore customers may request a refund within 7 days if the book is defective or damaged.

  • Services once rendered (e.g., ISBN, design) are non-refundable.

8. Limitation of Liability

Radhey Publications is not liable for:

  • Any loss due to printing errors if final proof was approved by the author.

  • Rejection of copyright or ISBN by official agencies.

  • Sales performance of any book (we do not guarantee sales or promotion unless agreed).

9. Privacy

We collect only essential data to provide our services. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

10. Amendments

These Terms may change occasionally. Continued use of the site after changes implies your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with legal jurisdiction falling under the courts of Delhi.
